Indulge Retreats provide a complete break from daily grind, allow for recharge, revitalize and re-energize.  Every day is a late rising and leisurely breakfast. There are no exercise sessions to sweat about.  It’s all about relaxation, indulgence and enjoying your escape from everyday stresses. You can opt for the Indulge package where you get an hour of beauty treatment credited per day of retreat, which can be spent on your choice of treatment by our qualified therapist. Or you can choose to just relax and do as little as you like.

Weight Loss and Wellness Retreats

Retreat lengths are 3, 7, 10, 14 and 21 days.

Designed to address the challenges women have to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. Education on all aspects of wellness, particularly around weight management, is a high priority. Awareness and replacement of self-destructive habits with new healthy habits is seen as a way to incorporate the new found knowledge and awareness into the individual’s life, which can then be incorporated into their personal family life. Daily routine of breakfast at 7am, after a good nights’ sleep, followed by a mild exercise session are the start of most days. Most mornings will feature a 2-3 hour workshop to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  The afternoons are yours to enjoy how you like, you may opt for a beauty treatment or two, go for a bush walk, curl up with a book or soak in the geothermal pool. A lengthy time away for you at one of these retreats and a big investment, but it will change your life!

Immerse yourself in a 3 hour workshop with our life coach, don’t worry, there are plenty of breaks.  After lunch, there are opportunities of optional individual sessions.

Apply mindfulness to eating at this 3 hour Mindful Eating workshop with optional individualconsultations after lunch.
