72 hours or less AND more than 24 hours notice: White Orchid Retreats will retain 20% of the value of the booking.
24 hours or less notice: White Orchid Retreats will retain 50% of the value of the booking.
No Show: White Orchid Retreats will retain 100% of the value of the booking.

More than 72 hours notice: Client may re-schedule or receive a refund without paying a penalty. 
72 hours or less AND more than 24 hours notice: Client may re-schedule or receive a refund, however needs to pay a penalty equivalent to 20% of the value of the gift voucher.
24 hours or less notice: Client may re-schedule or receive a refund, however needs to pay a penalty equivalent to 50% of the value of the gift voucher
No Show: Client forfeits the gift voucher
